How do I start an external account transfer?


  1. Call 972-263-5171 to enable External Account Transfers with one of our representatives.
  2. Once enabled, you will receive information from the representative on how to get started.
  3. From your Accounts Overview page, choose the account you wish to transfer funds from, then select Transfers from its dropdown box.
  4. On the next screen, select the external account you wish to transfer your funds to, then click the Submit button.
