Debit Rewards

Debit Rewards is a free loyalty program available to Texas Trust members who have a Debit Mastercard. Debit Rewards provides the ultimate choice in rewards—cash back, travel, gift cards and merchandise— along with Pay with Rewards which allows you to pay for eligible purchases using the points you have accumulated by using your Texas Trust Debit Mastercard.
Pay with Rewards is a redemption option that allows Texas Trust Mastercard Debit cardholders to pay for purchases using reward points once their cards are enrolled, either thru their cell phone using the Mastercard “Pay with Rewards” app or through the Texas Trust Debit Rewards website at www.TexasTrustDebitRewards.com . The Mastercard “Pay with Rewards” app can be downloaded on the Apple Store or Google Play
By using your debit card to pay for the things you do everyday. Every time you spend $2 with your Texas Trust Debit Mastercard in Non-Pin transactions, you earn 1 point. That means every time you use your Debit Mastercard to make an online purchase or swipe it at a point of sale without entering your PIN authorization, you earn points!
The Pay with Rewards mobile app features a rewards calculator that determines the cash value of your points on screen for you. You’ll simply apply points—and their cash value—to the future transaction of your choosing. Once you’ve used the point, the cost of that eligible transaction will be refunded to your account, typically on the next business day. The refund will have a transaction label of “Debit Rewards Rebate”.
Debit Rewards is the rewards program powered by Texas Trust Credit Union. Non-Pin transactions contribute to the Debit Rewards Program. PAY with REWARDS is a feature within the program that gives you the flexibility to use your points to pay for purchases online and in stores via a reimbursement credit that you see typically within 1 business day. You can also review transactions in the Pay with Rewards app and pay for purchases later.
You can redeem your points for merchandise, gift cards or travel at www.TexasTrustDebitRewards.com or you can use the PaywithRewards mobile application to get reimbursed for eligible purchases and see cash deposits into your Texas Trust Checking Account typically by the next business day.
Gift Cards can take 4-6 weeks for delivery, while cash back is delivered within a few business days, but typically the next business day.
Pay with Rewards is easy to use! To use, you may download the Pay With Rewards ® App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Or simply login to your rewards account through online banking. Once you are logged in, you can navigate to the Pay with Rewards redemption option to choose whether you would like to use your points for your next purchase.
You can see your rewards balance after logging in to www.TexasTrustDebitRewards.com or within the PayWithRewards mobile application.
When you get a new Texas Trust Debit Card to replace an existing card, your points are transferred to the new card within one business week.
All debit cards on a single Texas Trust CU Account (the share the same member account number) are householded or shared, so that you can spend your points together and redeem for even better rewards.
Unfortunately, points cannot be householded or shared across multiple Texas Trust CU accounts, but they can still be used individually (per account).
Visit TexasTrustDebitRewards.com and click "Register". You'll need to have details like your debit card number and some other personally identifying information to verify your identity.
Your Texas Trust Debit Rewards information is pulled directly from Texas Trust, so updating your information is as easy as updating your information with Texas Trust, either by phone at 972.263.5171 or online through Online Banking at TexasTrustCU.org.
Unspent Reward points expire three years after they are earned.
