To get started, call (972) 263-9931 or (800) 235-0379 and follow the prompts to set up an access code.

Expert Mode

After that, you can set up Expert Mode if you wish, which will allow you to skip the menus.

  1. 1. Follow the prompts to enter your account number and PIN.
  2. 2. Press 7 for “additional options.”
  3. 3. Press 5 for “expert mode.”
  4. 4. Press 1 to confirm your choice.

Now that you’re set up, you can use any of the following “Service Code Transactions” to save time! Simply scroll down and choose the code for the action you wish to take, then enter it in the VIPS system for a quick shortcut.
