Texas Trust Gives Foundation offers several scholarships for bachelor's, master's, and certification programs to select colleges and universities in Texas Trust’s service area.

The Community Unity team serves as a group of employees that provide leadership by volunteering to give back to the community. Their mission statement is to "Be the agents of positive change to motivate, equip, and encourage TXTCU employees to jump in, make a difference, and experience the reward!"
