To get started, call 972.263.9931 or 800.235.0379 and follow the prompts to set up an access code.

Expert Mode

After that, you can set up Expert Mode if you wish, which will allow you to skip the menus.

  1. 1. Follow the prompts to enter your account number and PIN.
  2. 2. Press 7 for “additional options.”
  3. 3. Press 5 for “expert mode.”
  4. 4. Press 1 to confirm your choice.
