Organization regarding the current outbreak of the coronavirus disease, COVID-19. In light of this,
we want to assure you that efforts are in place to help reduce the spread of viruses, offer financial
assistance, and continue to operate for the benefit of our members. Please bookmark this webpage,
as we will continue to add updates periodically.
Many businesses in our communities are impacted by “Shelter in Place”
mandates that lockdown all non-essential services in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Credit Unions like Texas Trust and the entire financial services industry are considered
“essential businesses,” and exempt from any lock down or closing.
The safety of our membership and staff is our number one priority.
With that in mind, we are still open and ready to provide exceptional member service, just
temporarily operating differently:

We are here to help. Whatever it might be, don’t hesitate to reach out.
If you need extra cash due to unexpected expenses we can skip a loan payment,
provide a low-interest personal loan, take money out of your CD or holiday savings account
with no penalty, and more.
We are currently offering members the opportunity to skip any or all eligible Texas Trust loan payments for up to 3 months without additional processing fees (normally $25 per loan and limited to 1 month).
During this time of heightened circumstances, we ask you to beware any suspicious
emails and text messages that ask for your personal information like your username,
password, or account information. Texas Trust won’t ever ask for your personal information
or login credentials through email or texts.
Your deposits at Texas Trust Credit Union remain safe under
NCUA insurance up to a minimum of $250,000 per individual.
This is a serious situation with many unknowns but we are continuing to be vigilant, with the safety of our staff and members first in our thoughts. Increased cleaning and sanitization practices at all of our facilities
Monitoring the financial markets and discussing options with any members who need assistance
Supporting our employees to make sure we continue to provide our membership the products and services they need
We want to assure you that we are still open for our members, we are just temporarily operating differently. As of March 25, 2020, the lobbies at all of our locations are closed until further notice.
For your safety and convenience, we are able to conduct expanded services and transactions through the drive-thru.

As a member, you have access to the AllPoint ATM Network. This network of over 55,000 ATMs worldwide allows you to access your money, surcharge-free. Please keep the following limits in mind:
Daily ATM withdrawal limit: $400
Daily debit card signature transaction: $1,750
Daily debit card PIN transaction: $1,000
To request a limit increase, send a secure message through online banking or the mobile app.
With our mobile banking app and Online Banking, you can do business with us at any time, from anywhere. We’re here for you 24/7.
You can send a secure message to us directly within Online Banking. Just log in and click on the Message Center link on the top right of the page. If you’re using the mobile app, simply select the Secure Message feature within the menu. We are happy to help!
