Report Lost or Stolen Debit/Credit Card
You can immediately take action if your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent activity on your account.
Through Online Banking
Available in Online Banking is the ‘Report Lost/Stolen’ tool that gives you 24/7 control. You can cancel your debit card or credit card any time of the day or night. Just login to Online Banking and access the 'Additional' tab on the far right. The option ‘Report Lost/Stolen’ is the fourth from the top of the page.

Through Our Mobile App
With our mobile app, you can temporarily freeze or permanently cancel your debit and credit cards. You can also request a replacement card. This puts the control in your hands and increases the level of security you have with your Texas Trust electronic services and accounts.
