Business credit and debit cards are not eligible for use in digital wallets. All other Texas Trust credit and debit cards can be used.
I’m using Samsung Pay at a terminal and my transaction is being declined.
Currently we are troubleshooting some issues with Samsung Pay transactions. Please call (972) 595-1788 with the date you attempted to use Samsung Pay and the amount of the transaction(s) that was declined.
I want to ensure I can add a Texas Trust card to a digital wallet outside normal business hours. How do I update my mobile phone number and email address so that I can have a verification code sent to me?
Just follow these steps:
Login to online banking
Click on Additional Services tab
Click on My Profile/Address
Input your cell phone number in the Cell Phone Number field
