As of February 10, 2020, the SMS Guardian service has been discontinued

Texas Trust's online and mobile banking platforms offer several options to help you manage your account, should you decide to continue recieving account notifications:


eAlerts

This online banking service allows you to receive account notifications via email or text message, much like SMS Guardian. Setting up eAlerts provides on-the-go control over your accounts including:

  • Direct Deposit alerts
  • Loan payment alerts
  • Fraud prevention/account change alerts
  • Customized notifications

Text Banking

For an interactive way to obtain your account balances and account activity, check out Text Banking within the mobile app. Text Banking allows you to receive immediate information about your account by texting simple commands for:

  • Account balances
  • Recent transactions
  • Money transfers
  • Text alerts

Text Alerts

If you enjoy SMS Guardian, check our Text Alert feature in mobile banking. Text Alerts provides a no-nonsense way to stay on top of your account activity – receive three simple alerts:

  • Daily summary
  • Balance below
  • Balance change

Head to online banking and select the "Additional Services", then click "Continue next to eAlerts.

Head to Mobile Banking and select "Text Banking".

Head to Mobile Banking and select "Text Alerts".
