Branch Update + NEW! Service Requests now available—March 24, 2020

First and foremost, we want to assure you that we are still open for our members, just temporarily operating differently. Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation and with your safety and public health in mind, we have made the decision to close the lobbies of all of our branches until further notice. But fret not! We will be able to conduct transactions and perform expanded services through our drive-thru.

While we strongly encourage use of our technology options for your financial needs, we do understand there are times when you need more detailed assistance, such as obtaining a new debit card or accessing a safe deposit box. That’s why we are now accepting Service Requests. You can submit your requests to us and we will contact you as soon as possible to help you.

During this time of heightened circumstances, we ask you to beware any suspicious emails and text messages that ask for your personal information like your username, password, or account information. Texas Trust won’t ever ask for your personal information or login credentials through email or texts.

As we get through this in the coming weeks, we will continue to update you with any additional temporary changes to our branches.

· Daily ATM withdrawal limit: $400.
· Daily Debit card signature transaction: $1,750.
· Daily debit card PIN transaction: $1,000
