With the COVID-19 situation evolving every day, we want make sure we serve our members and assist in any way that we can. We are lifting freezes on Certificate of Deposits (CDs) for those that require access to their funds to get their family through this.
How to Transfer Funds
In order to complete a transfer from your CD, you can send a secure message to us directly within online or mobile banking by just logging in and clicking on the Message Center link on the top right of the page or by tapping Secure Message within the menu on the mobile app. Transfers can also be completed at any Texas Trust branch. Members must provide desired amount to be transferred and account information for the transfer destination at the time of transfer.

Please note that wait times for our Member Service Center may be extended, as we work to help as many members as we can.

Certificate of Deposits (CDs)
For members who have current CDs, we are temporarily removing all penalties and fees for transferring funds to checking or savings accounts. Members who wish to withdraw funds from their CDs can choose to remove any percentage necessary. Note, CD minimums are still in effect. Should members decide to transfer the entire CD balance to their checking or savings account, it will be closed without penalty.
